We took this picture during the shoot for our new 2012 kaftan, dresses beachwear collection, our model Kirsty is wearing one of new silk kaftan dress styles ‘Asia’ in Stripe Sandgrouse navy/cream with a vintage Ascher cotton scarf tied in hair. For the shoot we styled nearly pic using 70′s vintage Ascher scarfs tied in the hair with lots of beautifully coloured flowers to help give a tropical beach feel!

In the new year we will adding a gorgeous selection of vintage 70′s Ascher cotton scarves in a lots of new colours and prints to our shop. We whooped with delight when the box arrived from New York with a selection of scarves from the Ascher archive, so many stunning prints and colours we cant wait to share them! Screen-printed by hand in the 70′s in the London Ascher studio, the cotton scarves can be worn around the neck, or as a hair scarf, a pocket square or as bag jazz.
